At Peivon, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our handmade ceramic mugs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation). Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective materials).
- The product must show no signs of use, washing, scratches, chips, or customer-caused damage.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
- The item must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or custom-printed mugs (if applicable)
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Any product returned without prior approval
No Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
Return Process Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us — Within the 30-day return window, email us at info@peivoncup.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Return Address — Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address (US-based). Do not ship the item without prior approval.
- Ship the Item — Return the item using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.
- Inspection — Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
- If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error (wrong item shipped or damaged on arrival).
Refund Timeline: After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@peivoncup.com with clear photos and your order number. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Customers are responsible for proper packaging of the returned item. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
- In the event of a lost return package, proof of shipping (tracking number showing delivery) will be required before any refund is processed.
