At PEIVON, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our handmade ceramic mugs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy complies with Google Merchant Center requirements and applies to all orders placed on our website.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The 30-day period is calculated based on the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier.

After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective materials).
  • The product must not show signs of use, washing, scratches, chips, or damage caused by the customer.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt/invoice).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-printed mugs (if applicable).
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout).
  • Any product returned without prior approval.

No Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First — Within the 30-day window, email us at info@peivoncup.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. Approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days during business hours.
  3. Return Address — Once approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address (US-based). Do not ship to any address without prior approval.
  4. Ship the Item — Return the item using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.
  5. Inspection — Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days.

Refund Options

  • If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the product price.
  • Shipping fees (original outbound shipping) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned package is properly packed to avoid damage in transit. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Taxes paid on the original order are generally non-refundable.
  • In the event of a lost return package, we will require proof of shipping (tracking number showing delivery to our facility) before processing any refund.
