At PEIVON, we are committed to delivering your favorite mugs safely, quickly, and reliably. Our products are carefully handmade and packaged in our facility in China and fulfilled through our US support operations to ensure the best possible experience for our customers in the United States.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States (including APO/FPO where possible). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories at this time unless contacted for a custom quote. International shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays and any production delays (rare).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 4–5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.

All orders are fulfilled from our partner facilities, with final quality checks before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 USD and above.
  • Flat-rate shipping of $5 USD for orders under $50 USD.

These rates apply to standard ground shipping within the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and include handling, packaging materials, and carrier fees. No hidden fees.

We reserve the right to offer promotional free shipping or adjust thresholds during sales events.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

  • Standard Shipping (most common): 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 6–13 business days (processing + transit).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may vary based on your location, carrier performance, weather, or customs/handling (minimal for domestic). Most customers in major metro areas receive orders faster (within 7–9 total days).

Shipping Method and Packaging

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for reliable delivery. All mugs are individually wrapped in bubble wrap, foam inserts, and double-boxed with sufficient cushioning to protect against breakage during transit. Packages are clearly marked as “Fragile.”

Tracking: All shipments include tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Lost/Damaged Packages

  • You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@peivoncup.com. After this window, orders are likely already in processing.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items: Retain all original packaging for carrier inspection.

  • We strive for 100% accuracy in inventory and shipping estimates, but occasional delays can occur due to high demand or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
  • Taxes and duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees.
