At Peivon, we are committed to delivering your favorite mugs safely, quickly, and reliably. Our products are carefully handmade and packaged in our facility in China and fulfilled through our US support operations to ensure the best possible experience for our customers in the United States.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), including APO/FPO addresses where possible. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories at this time, unless a custom quote is requested and approved in advance. International shipping is not available.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 4–5 business days. We will notify you by email if any delay occurs.

All orders undergo final quality checks before dispatch from our partner facilities.

Supported Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping method:

  • Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 USD and above.
  • Flat-rate $5 USD for orders under $50 USD.

These rates apply to Standard Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and include handling, packaging, and carrier fees. There are no hidden fees. We reserve the right to offer promotional free shipping or adjust thresholds during sales events.

Estimated Delivery Times Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 6–13 business days (processing + transit).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary based on location, carrier performance, weather, or other factors. Customers in major metro areas often receive orders faster (typically within 7–9 total days).

Packaging All mugs are individually wrapped with bubble wrap and foam inserts, then double-boxed and clearly marked as “Fragile” to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Tracking All shipments include tracking information. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Changes, Cancellations, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@peivoncup.com. After this window, orders are usually already in processing.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items, please retain all original packaging for carrier inspection.

Taxes All product prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. Customers in the United States do not need to pay any additional sales tax or other taxes at checkout.
